I'm so exhited, I have joined my second swap. This is a knitted purse swap and I can't wait to get started.
Here is a lovely photo of my cat Diesel where he keeps an eye on our neighbours.
This is the apron that I made from a vintage cushion I found at a thriftshop a while ago. It's just a simple one but I like it a lot.
And I have made some book covers , I made one first for myself and when I liked the way it looked I made another one for my friends birthday. We both love buttons so I sewed a couple of them on it.

Monique, I LOVE your apron. I am an apron kind of gal myself, and have a rack full. I use one almost daily. I also scrolled down and saw the beautiful photos of your home...so sweet. It looks very comfy and inviting! (saw your comment over at cityfarmers blog)
I like that cat photo a lot! He looks cute! And your apron in vintage fabric looks great. It was a good idea to sew the bookcovers too. About the links: at template you have to scroll down, it is nearly at the end of that site you should write links.
I like your cat, so cute. My cat is black and white, we call her Boots short for Puss-in-Boots because she has white back-legs like white boots.
Your apron is very pretty. I loved the pictures of your home, they were just beautiful, you have a very lovely home. Blessings.
Thanks for coming to see my blog, it is always lovely to get visitors! This apron is so pretty and you have a lovely home and garden.
