I belong to a nice Dutch cross stitch group on yahoo. There we have a birthday list and we make cross stitch cards for the members that joined that list. Everybody has listed their favourite item for the card. This card I have made for a Winny the Pooh fan, it turned out very cute.

And on that same cross stitch group we also had a free exchange going on. I have allready placed a photo of what I received but now my partner has received her package so here is what I made for her, a needlebook.

You're making so many things I can't understand how you have the time for it all. Oh, Lavendar. I would love to have some here and I think I shall plant some at our kitchen garden when it'll be finished.
3 weeks in Spain. I hope you'll have a great time.
Love Elzie

Such a sweet little needlebook. Well, she likes to learn to make things with her hands (my 11yar old daughter) but she is not so patient though. She just learnd to hook, so the Hello Kitty experiment is mine. Here in Norway knitting and hooking seem to have become more popular with teenagers lately, purses and hanbags and those wristwarmers are among the tings they make. But I allso have a 15 yar old daugther and she has not yet shown any interesst in knitting or hooking...

The needlebook you made are really cute. :) And your card too. :) Your lavender looks so nice, I wish I had some in my garden too.
